This week will be smaller than last week for the IPO markets. We have 3 new issues on the calendar and they are hoping to raise just over $500 million total. The biggest of the week will be an industrial pipe maker names Forterra, accounting for more than 70% of the $500 million. Then there is a heart monitoring company with a rapid growth history looking to raise $75 million. Lastly we have a small biotech, CRISPR Therapeutics which is still in the pre-clinical stage.
First up we have Forterra (FTRA ) out of Irving Texas. The company is the leading drainage and portable water pipe company in the US as well as Eastern Canada. They will be offering just over 18 million shares at a range of $19-21. This is the weeks biggest offering coming in at $368 million.
Next is CRISPR Therapeutics from Switzerland (CRSP ). The company is in the pre-clinical stage of developing therapies based on gene editing tools. Offering 4.7 million shares at a range of $15017 the company hopes to raise $75 million to continue with its rapid growth.
Lastly we have iRythm Technologies (IRTC ) which is a provider of devices and analytics to help detect cardiac arrhythmia's. Offering 5.35 million shares at a range of $13-15 the company is looking to raise $75 million this week.
There is also one more possible IPO this week which would be from Full Spectrum (FMAX ). The company develops and sells products used to create private cellular networks and may try again at its offering to sell 1.875 million shares at a range of $7-9.
