As we head into the final quarter of the year the IPO markets are set to start with over a billion dollars in potential offerings for this week alone. We have a tech deal that investors have been focused on, Coupa Software (COUP  ). This is likely due to the strong performance of tech IPO's which are up on average of 66%. Also, after last weeks excitement surrounding Nutanix (NTNX  ), which saw a 131% pop on opening day, investors are anxious to see how Coupa can follow up. Also we have a reality TV star launching his company into the public limelight. CNBC's "The Profit", Marcus Lemonis will be taking Camping World (CWH  ) public.

Florida based, Advanced Disposal Services (ADSW  ), which is a provider of solid waste collection, recycling and disposal service will be looking to be the largest IPO of the week. The company will aim to raise $375 million by offering 19.25 million shares at a range of $18-21.

Camping World Holdings (CWH  ) is up next with a $250 million IPO. The largest RV retailer in the US with 120 stores and membership platform will offer just over 11 million shares at a range of $21-23. This would give them a $1.8 billion market cap.

Tampa based, AquaVenture Holdings (WAAS  ) will look to raise $124 million by offering 6.5 million shares at a range of $18-20. The company operates nine desalination plants and also rents water purification systems.

The tech focused Coupa Software (COUP  ) will launch its much anticipated deal to raise just over $100 million. Offering 6.7 million shares at $14-16 the company, if successful, will have a market cap of around $848 million. Coupa provides cloud-based software to help companies manage their spending.

Obalon Therapeutics (OBLN  ) is a medical device company that offers an intragastric balloon device that's designed to assist with weight loss. The company will look to raise $75 million by offering 5 million shares at a range of $14-16.

Everspin Technologies (MRAM  ) provides magnetic-based, random access memory chips out of Arizona. The company is offering 3.75 million shares at a range of $11-13 in hopes of raising $45 million.

Finally we have Full Spectrum (FMAX  ), offering 1.875 million shares at a range of $7-9. The company, which develops and sells products used to create cellular networks, hopes to raise $15 million.
