This week there are a ton of IPO's on the schedule. Though many are small deals it will very likely be one of those weeks that grabs the financial medias attention given the number of deals and a few higher profile ones.
The first one which is likely to be the most focused on is SurveyMonkey (NASDAQ: SVMK) which is an online survey platform here in the states. The company has seen a fairly rapid growth history and now has their sites on the corporate accounts. Look for 13.5 million shares to be offered at a range of $9 -$11 in this $135 million deal.
Next up is Arco Platform (NASDAQ: ARCE) which is the largest offering of the week. The are a Brazilian based education company that provides the curriculum to private schools in Brazil. Offering 11 million shares at a range of $15.50 -$ 17.50 the company hopes to raise $183 million.
If you like biotech companies then this week won't disappoint. There are 5 names on the schedule this week though many of them are on the smaller end, deal size wise. The largest is Urovant Sciences (NASDAQ: UROV) which is a late stage biotech developing medications for overactive bladders. The deal size comes in at $150 million with an offering of 10 million shares at a range of $14 -$16.
Sutro Biopharma (NASDAQ: STRO) is an early, phase 1 cancer therapy company with a $75 million offering. Look for 5 million shares at a range of $14 - $16.
Gritstone Oncology (NASDAQ: GRTS) is a biotech company in the preclinical stage and is also focused on cancer medications. They are offering 6 million shares at a range of $13 -$15 in hopes of raising $85 million.
California based Ra Medical Systems (NASDAQ: RMED) is one of the smaller biotech companies coming to the markets this week with their $50 million deal. They are focused on laser sales to treat dermatology and vascular diseases. Look for only 3 million shares offered at a range of $14 -$16.
Arvinas (NASDAAQ: ARVN) is another cancer focused biotech this week which is more on the molecular level rather than medication related. They are on the large end of the biotech deal size, looking for $100 million. Look for 6 million shares to be offered at a range of $14 $16.
Lastly, Entasis Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ETTX) is a phase 2 firm focused on developing medications for bacteria that are currently found to be drug resistant. They hope to raise 4 million shares at a range of $16 -$18.
The smallest offering of the week is YayYo (NASDAQ: YAYO) which is an auto sharing online platform for ride sharing drivers. Essentially it is a car rental company for those that want to drive for Uber or Lyft but don't have a car that qualifies. They will offer 625,000 shares at a range of $7 -$9.
The last three names are Chinese based offerings. CooTek (NASDAQ: CTK) is a mobile keyboard software company looking for $57 million, LAIX (NASDAQ: LAIX) is an English learning software offering for Chinese citizens, and Viomi Technology (NASDAQ: VIOT) is a home appliance company that sells internet connected products.
