Brace yourself as the IPO floodgates are wide open this week. We will likely see ten IPO's this week and if all are successful it will break records for the month as well as for the most raised in a week. $3.1 billion is on the line this week and with all the offerings available, let's get right to it.
First up, and the largest is a payment services company out of Brazil. PagSeguro (PAGS ) will be offering 92 million shares in hopes of setting a record as the largest IPO of the year. The company, which offers in-store payment services in Brazil only is hoping to raise $1.8 billion.
Next, is an industrial company with a focus on auto transmission belts along with fluid power products. Gates Industrial (GTES ) will offer 38 million shares at a range of $18 - $21 in hopes of raising $750 million to fuel it's growing business.
If you feel like supporting electronic slot machines then you may be interested in PlayAGS (AGS ). The company, supported by private equity group Apollo is looking for $174 million. Expect 10 million shares at a range of $16 - $18.
If biotech company IPO's are your thing then we have a few for you to look at. ARMO Biosciences (ARMO ) with their $100 million offering. The company is focused on therapy for various cancers and tumors and will offer 6 million shares at $14 - $16. There is also Adial Pharmaceuticals (ADIL ). You may remember them from a few months back. They are the drug company focused on alcohol use disorder. They are coming back to the markets in hopes of raising $14 million this time. resTORbio (TORC ) is focused on treating respiratory infections in elderly patients and hopes to raise $85 million to continue these efforts. Expect 5.6 million shares at a range of $14 - $16.
But wait there's more! Solid Biosciences (SLDB ) is extremely focused on Duchenne muscular dystrophy and hopes to raise $100 million to continue their gene therapy developments. 6 million shares at $16 - $18 is the expectations. The last of the group is Menlo Therapeutics (MNLO ) which is hoping to raise $85 million this week. With a focus on moderate to severe skin itch and chronic cough the company is looking for $85 million as well.
Entera Bio (ENTX ) is developing formulations in Israel to treat thyroid conditions. They hope to raise $55 million by offering 5 million shares at $10 - $12.
Finally, one of the smaller offerings of the week is Eyenovia (EYEN ) which hopes to raise $30 million to continue their focus on therapies for common eye issues.
