The company sold 5,304,687 shares and had na offering amount of $84,874,992. The stock has been trading quite well in its first week, with the share price currently around $28.
YayYo, Inc. (NASDAQ: YAYO) also joined the public market last week, with a share prices set to $4 and 2,625,000 set shares. The Californian based ride-sharing holding company had a public offering of $10.5 million. The stock has had a rocky start, with the IPO debuting below its set price and continuing to drop in its first week.
