Meta's (META  ) Workplace landed a new deal with McDonald's (MCD  ) for purposes of communication, such as with access to training and other materials. In making this agreement with Workplace, McDonald's is choosing to express its devotion to furthering its commitment to employees and demonstrating its overall caring and culturally competent environment.

At this time, Workplace has demonstrated that McDonald's is utilizing its services in several different places worldwide, such as Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia, Poland, and several places throughout the United States. In the near future, Meta has plans of adding Workplace to McDonald's locations in Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland.

Not only is this feature going to work to the benefit of its regular employees, but also, to restaurant managers or those in leadership positions. Managers will have a much stronger understanding of employee expectations so that they will now be able to make more informed choices on behalf of their employees as a result of this new feature.

One key feature that McDonald's will implement with the addition of Workplace is successful engagement. It would ideally like to have communication that is easily accessible, thus making social connections with coworkers both convenient and easy.

Another feature that McDonald's will ideally employ with the addition of Workplace is intuitiveness, which will encourage managers and regular employees to easily adapt to this tool. 



Overall, the implementation of Workplace into McDonald's will provide valuable data and resources that can permit users to easily access means of engagement as well as features that are easy to use. It is an opportunity to seek and find connections through the convenience and ease of technology and other resources.
